1.The team focuses primarily on non-litigation projects (including tax advisory, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, fund investments, etc.), with litigation projects (civil and commercial disputes, tax-related disputes, etc.) as a secondary focus.

2.Assist partners and lawyers in reviewing and drafting various contracts.

3.Assist partners and lawyers in drafting legal opinions and conducting due diligence.

4.Assist partners and lawyers in legal research, statute and case searches, and translating legal documents.

5.Handle other related tasks and daily administrative duties within the team.

1.Majoring in Civil and Commercial Law, Economic Law, or related fields, with a bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s degree preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2.A background in accounting, economics, finance, or securities is preferred. Candidates who have passed exams such as CPA, tax consultant, or financial analyst will be given priority.

3.Strong academic research and legal writing skills, clear logical thinking, a spirit of inquiry, and experience in writing or publishing papers or journals are preferred.

4.Passionate about the legal profession, with a good moral character, proactive work attitude, a sense of responsibility, adherence to professional ethics, and the ability to work under pressure.

5.A good understanding of corporate management, attention to detail, a strong ability to learn and absorb knowledge, adaptability, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6.Those who have not passed the judicial examination need not apply for this position.
